Ada

The Village of Ada began with a trading post on the Grand River In 1821.  The oldest standing building is our brokerage office, JH Realty located at 545 Ada Drive, Ada Michigan 49301 - to learn more about the towns history you can visit the Ada Historical Society website here

Ada is getting a new face, new life and becoming one of the popular places to be! Some of the fun spots to visit while here - is Nonna's restaurant, our favorite place to go for breakfast however lunch and dinner is served with a full bar available.  They can accommodate your food sensitivities :)  Kingma Grocery Store at first sight might seem like an expensive specialty grocer, however affordablitly will surprise you - the fish and meat market in our opinion is one of the best around and if looking for that unique ingredient for a dish you are making you may just find it here. The Ada bridge is a popular place for family pictures, often you will see photo shoots here!

As the village grows with retail and service providers, we encourage to take a drive through town and check out everything it has to offer.  We hope you will stop in at our place to say hi!

Envisioning Ada
In 2006, the Ada community produced a resident-guided vision for the future of the Ada Village. Then, in 2013, Ada township officials, business owners, residents and visitors joined together in a series of more than 100 meetings and community forums to further clarify that vision. Now, the vision is coming to life.

Construction in the Village began on July 15, 2015, seeking to expand retail, residential and restaurant offerings while showcasing the community’s natural resources and creating a more walkable community.
